when you play the game of thrones, you win or you die.

the targaryens have taken back the iron throne. but things are not well. there is still unrest between the houses of the seven kingdoms. as long as one family is on the throne, it will be desired by the others. war is coming once again. but this is no longer a game for the likes of eddard stark and robert baratheon. they are gone, and their responsibilities have been passed down to a younger generation. and they will do their families proud. or, at least, try to.

this au rp is based of the hbo show 'game of thrones' which is based off the series 'a song of ice and fire' by george r. r. martin.

Now, if we don’t get more male applications, I’m going to have to keep putting off opening AND hold off on accepting female applications. Theon Greyjoy | Member of the King’s Council | Greyjoy | FC: Alfie Allen | OPEN “It’s better to be cruel than weak.” He considers himself a ward of the Starks, but Theon Greyjoy was really a hostage. After his father lost the battle for the Iron Throne, he was allowed to keep his title as Lord of the Iron Islands with the exception that Theon stayed with the Starks. Ever since he was eight, he was raised alongside them. Robb Stark became his best friend and they were nearly like a second family to him. But when he returned home after many years to get the Greyjoys to join the Starks’ side, he found his loyalty shifting back to his blood relatives. After a while, he regretted betraying the Starks a bit. But Robb knew that his friend was still trustworthy in some way. When the war was over and the Targaryens were on the throne, the Iron Islands folded back into the North. The Greyjoys were no longer enemies, and Theon was not hated for his decision. Many are still weary of the boy, but the ones that matter still accept him. This time, he plans to fight alongside Robb. Best friends with Robb Stark. Constantly flirts with Corliss Kenning and most other women. Often a bit full of himself, but has been humbled slightly by losing the war.
